Technical Support

JEM’s Applications Engineering Team has the knowledge and experience to help solve customers’ probing issues before and after the sale. Our goal is to provide industry-leading technical and applications support to our customers through our responsive and experienced Applications Engineers and Customer Service Team.

JEM America offers a wide range of support services and training classes to our customers. We can offer on-site probe card installation and user training to assist our customers in using our products. We also have customized training for probe card repair.

Research & Development

JEM Group is dedicated to continuous and innovative technological development through extensive R&D efforts in the U.S. and Japan. Over the years, we have achieved more than 25 patents for probe card design, with several new patents pending. Our focus is on developing the next-generation probe card and solving the industry’s most challenging probing problems.

JEM America welcomes development suggestions and inquiries from customers and ATE manufacturers alike. Our goal is to build and maintain long-term relationships through the sharing of roadmaps, collaborative projects and beta testing.
