Technician I
You will be responsible for conducting final
testing of probe cards and incoming
inspections of pcbs and mechanical parts.
Final testing includes recognizing product
failures, troubleshooting rejects, and
initiating corrective actions. This position
will review customer specifications to
determine inspection and test requirements,
maintain testing machines and equipment for
periodic calibration.
A mechanical background and
vocational/technical certificate required;
BSME preferred. Requires ability to
troubleshoot and repair problems and read
layouts and schematics. Must have strong eye
for detail and high degree of accuracy.
Knowledge of PRVX3 testing machines
preferred. Some knowledge of electronics,
probe card technology and manufacturing
processes preferred.
PRODUCT ENGINEERS
Printed Circuit
Board Designer
You will be responsible for accurately
design and layout PCBs using AutoCAD,
ASM500, and EXAM to meet customer
specifications. Requires a B.S. degree in
EE, ME, IE or equivalent. At least two years
PCB layout design experience. Experience
with AutoCAD, Excel, Cadence Allegro, and
CAM.
Probe Card Design
Technician
You will be responsible for design probe
card layouts to meet customer specifications
and company procedures. Prepares
documentation using Excel and create Bill of
Material to request supplies for product
build. Requires an AA or B.S. degree in EE,
ME, IE or equivalent. Experience with
AutoCAD, Excel, and Word. Basic knowledge of
electronic components
PRODUCTION
Probe Bend
Assembler
You will bend probes to specified angles
under a microscope according to customer
specifications and company procedures. Must
be able to sit for long periods of time
working over a microscope and have excellent
eye-hand dexterity. Requires at least
previous experience bending probes in the
probe card industry.
Ring Build
Assembler
You will build ceramic rings under a
microscope by inserting and attaching
pre-bent probes onto ceramic rings. High
School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Must be
able to sit for long periods of time working
over a microscope and have excellent
eye-hand dexterity. Experience using a
microscope and high/low depth scope is a
plus.
Solder
Assembler
You will solder components and probes onto
printed circuit boards under a microscope
according to customer specifications and
company procedures. At least one year of
previous soldering experience. Must be able
to sit for long periods of time working over
a microscope and have excellent eye-hand
dexterity. Requires a high school diploma
and previous soldering experience.
Planarity and
Alignment (P&A) Assembler
Under a microscope, you will adjust probes
into the correct positions and sand probes
down to specified lengths. At least one year
pf experience. Must be able to sit for long
periods of time working over a microscope
and have excellent eye-hand dexterity.
Requires a high school diploma and previous
experience aligning and
planarizing probes on probe cards.
Counterbore
Assembler
You will set up and operate CNC machines to
drill, bore, grind and mill work pieces and
production parts. This includes performing
maintenance activities on machining
equipment. Requires high school diploma and
previous machining experience. Experience
with CNC milling, drilling or laser machine
preferred. Must have patience, good
concentration, a willingness to learn, and
the ability to problem solve and work
independently. |
